My name is Rick Romano and I am the owner of Easy Place to Shop.com. I bet you’re like cool, so what. Well the reason why that matters is because Easy Place to Shop.com is the coolest new website on the Internet! Well I guess that is up to interpretation, but its right up there. I launched the site Sept. 7, 2007 to create a new fun and easy way to shop Online. I first decided to launch Easy Place to Shop.com after two things happened, the first was I was doing some research for a client and I needed to look at a bunch of different websites selling all different things, and I thought how long it took to think about what to search for, how to search for it, narrowing my search tell I got it right, and found what I was looking for, and then my wife saying how sick she was of shopping at the same sites over and over again. I said to her you know that you are the World Wide Web rite? There are thousands of websites selling everything; we should know we’re in the industry. She said, “I know, but the only way to find anything is to search for it and then there are tons of websites 20 or so just on the first page, and no way to tell one from the next. I only go to websites that I know. I mean I am not going to go through a bunch of different sites to find the good ones, even then how would I know if it was credible site?” At that moment a light bulb went on in my head, and I know that I needed to create an easy, fast, safe, organized and fun way for people to shop and browse new websites Online.
