It’s nearly June … lots of new weddings out there on the horizon! Funny how once you marry preparing truly GOOD food (encouraging your spouse/family to achieve the benefits of a healthy diet) takes on a whole new importance … even if your spouse likes to cook – gets paid to do it, in fact — and truly excels at preparing attractive and quite simply delicious meals! Take my husband Peter, for example. Enjoy the Added Benefits Indoor Hydroponic Gardening with Family
Since we have all these beautifully homegrown organic herbs and vegetables, I find myself looking for awesome recipes so we can enjoy the fruits of our labor. We have enjoyed the wonderful aroma of fresh basil to make the family favorite pesto and add a beautiful salad using fresh lettuce and tomato. Of course where there is food, there are wonderful memories as we enjoy quality time while preparing our delectable meals.

I have noticed lately that there has been quite a bit of loose leaf tea added to various products. Whether it is a consumable product or something to place on yourself, it all seemed quite interesting.
We have heard about the benefits of loose leaf tea aiding in looseing weight, antioxidants, constipation, female and male problems, plus so much more.
I just saw on tv today a commercial that has green tea added in a polish for your nails. This add claims that your nails will grow stronger. Well I guess we can give green tea another check mark.
Loose leaf tea comes in so many varieties. This tea does not all taste the same but varies.
