What is an Energy Healer?
Energy Healing was once thought to be faith healing. We wanted to give a gift today of how to achieve the most out of your healing session.
What should you do before your session? Take a moment to set an intention of what you want to achieve in this session. Yes, in essence you will be limiting what you are to receive, but this can be a good thing. Having someone take you too far in one session can have adverse affects on your system. If you shift to far for your body the issues will come back making the healing less affective. If this occurs it is usually the healer in the mind and not coming from their heart.
Do I really need to see a healer over and over again? No, this is your choice. At the initial meeting the healing has already been triggered. If a healer tells you, you will close yourself back off and you need to come back for more treatments, then they have set a major limit upon you and intention to further them and not you. You just became secondary.
You can see a healer, a really good healer for more than just one type or style of learning. There are many healers out there that can do more than energy work. They can support you in awareness, learning, and finding your own gifts and what to do with them. These special beings are here to serve you in the best manner possible. To let you do what it is you need to do in your specific timing. The timing is not controlled on this plane of existence, so be aware all of your processes will take you to the right person at the right time to trigger it for you.
You Control your perception of events. If everyone can except this little piece of understanding you will have a much better ability to perceive truth on deeper issues than ever before.

A Little about why to use Liquid Vitamins.
After vitamins are produced they then need to be made ready for consumption. They can be in the form of capsules, tablets, or liquids. Capsules and tablets have a reputation for being indigestible therefore unabsorbed by our body. In order for a quality vitamin to be in a tablet from it has to have a low compression rate. This in turn, by theory, means you have to take more in order to receive the same amount as what higher compressed vitamins will say on their bottle. The higher the compression rate the less you will absorb, so either way you will have to take more than the bottle says to get the same results. Capsules are a better choice if you are into taking the pill form. Capsules have no compression rate to factor in, only how many you have to take in order to receive the benefit of the supplements. Regardless, you will not have to eat a meal as you have already done so after taking the required amount of vitamins to get the benefit you are looking for.
Liquid vitamins, however, are already broken down into liquid form and are there ready to be absorbed. They are the most easily absorbed nutritional supplements. They are easy on your body and can be taken with your morning juice and maybe still be able to have the wholesome breakfast, lunch, and dinner our bodies enjoy.
Liquid Vitamins are great for us with FM and CFS. Because they absorb more easily, we can relax because we are receiving the benefit almost as immediately as we take them. One of the issues we have associated with our illness is Brain Fog. We can miss our normal time for taking our supplements without catching it till much later. Over Christmas vacation we went to a ski resort in P.A. Okay I’ve only been on ski’s one time in my life and that was cross country. This time I went down a bunny hill. At first when I began this was fine, then it really hit me that I began moving much faster.I began to scream the rest of the way down.I got down to the bottom of the hill and fell.
