In some parts of the country it is now almost impossible to play a round of golf. It is unfortunately time to place a storage cover over your golf cart and wait for the weather to be better suited for golf. A heavy duty golf cart storage cover will protect your golf cart from scratches & abrasions from wind & debris as well as keep the weather off the exterior or in the mechanical parts. The last thin you want to do when it is time to play a round of golf again is deal with mold & mildew or even worse rain water in the gas tank of your golf cart.
At RV Covers Protect you will receive friendly courteous customer service ever time and the fastest possible shipping of your golf cart storage cover. AND there is Free Shipping if your order exceeds $100.

The golf cart is like any machine. It needs to be protected from the environment in order to be useful for many years. Today’s golf carts have two types of covers. If you’re the golfer that hides your golf cart during the winter months then the cover you need is a storage cover. The golf cart storage cover is a water repellent covers that protects the valuable golf cart from dirt, sun and weather damage. If your idea of a golf cart cover is one that helps you to extend the season further than the 60 degree days then what you want is a golf cart enclosure. The golf cart enclosure allows the golfer to be protected from the rain and wind that can turn some golf dates during the winter into a cold and miserable experience.
Regardless of the purpose, the golf cart covers at RV Covers Protect will save you money in the long run by protecting the investment you made in your cart. Don’t forget to check out some of the clever accessories that can add more protection to you and your cart and there is FREE SHIPPING to any location in the continental United States.

Whether taking a trip cross country, going to work, or driving to the corner store, you need to be prepared for the unexpected. Many drivers take their safety and that of their passengers for granted. Emergencies like being stranded, waiting in the heat or cold on the side of the road, or being exposed to passing traffic are all things to consider when driving. You could be stranded for hours. What will you eat, drink, use to keep warm if broke down? Without proper preparation, families can be caught off guard. Winter is coming again and now is the time to consider your auto survival kit.
A car emergency kit can provide a great deal of help in these situations. They provide you with water, signaling equipment, lighting devices, and first aid supplies. Various kits are available in different sizes with different contents to deal with different types of emergencies on the roadside.
Our LS Vehicle Safety Kit was created for roadside emergencies. This kit is designed to assist drivers who find themselves needing emergency equipment, first aid supplies, and signaling equipment while out on the road. This kit arrives in a high visibility, durable nylon case with a total of 63 items, including a first aid kit, jumper cables, poncho, siphon, and 2 high visibility roadside strobes, and reflective best. For families in winter, it includes 1 thermal blanket that retains 90% of body heat.

While on the road, disasters and emergencies can happen at any time. Being broke down, in an accident, or in a traffic or construction delay are all examples of when you may need a kit for your car. You may be stuck in the snow for several hours waiting for assistance. There may be injuries, or other needs that need to be met.
An auto safety kit can help meet the unexpected vehicle emergency while far from home. Having a car safety kit when you travel gives peace of mind and provides items for the unexpected survival situation on the road. Items to make you more visible to others, first aid and medical supplies, roadside assistance signs, flashlight, signaling devices, and even water are some items you may want to consider. Of course jumper cables and something to keep you warm and dry are also great items to have in a basic winter car emergency or safety kit.
Our ES Vehicle Survival Kit is designed for those persons who are interested in having an affordable or low cost basic safety kit in their vehicle. This kit is small enough to fit in the vehicle’s glove box. This kit comes pre-assembled in a high visibility, nylon case for easy identification and retrieval during an emergency situation. Enclosed are the basic, but necessary items to sustain one person for approximately 24-36 hours, should the driver become stranded or trapped. This is also a great gift for teens, college students, or other loved ones. This kit includes 46 items with the basic first aid kit and signaling equipment to allow you to get help in an emergency.

Auto or car safety kits: Are they important? Consider how many accidents happen every day that involve emergency services. You could be stranded, and also be in need of first aid while waiting for responders to arrive. Also breakdowns, traffic jams, construction delays, and violent weather all can contribute to you needing a vehicle emergency kit of some sort.
Vehicle or auto safety kits should contain a first aid kit; but other than medical supplies there are other emergency supplies to consider. Items to make you visible to others, food, lights, warning or hazard signs can be effective in providing more safety and comfort while waiting for assistance. Also, don’t assume you will always break down or have a roadside emergency in a busy place. The need for a kit may happen when you least expect it and perhaps in a less traveled area. Jumper cables, emergency blankets, gloves and other items should also be considered. Even if you can’t help yourself, others can use your supplies to assist you if necessary.
Our LT Vehicle Safety Kit provides a 181 piece first aid kit as well as a collapsible shovel, a high visibility safety vest , emergency strobes with bases, thermal blankets (Retains 90% of body heat), leather gloves, rain ponchos, utility tool (12 Tools in 1), siphon pump, water, food bars and a 26 piece roadside distress kit. This kit comes in a high visibility durable case and is suitable for cross country trips or a quick run to the store.

As the days get warmer the thought of another road trip gets the juices flowing and the RV pulled out and spruced up for the trip. As the RV is pulled out of its storage area the tires show not only the dirt and grime but also the first signs of dry rot. Ozone, the biggest natural cause of tire failure, causes the rubber to crack with visible signs of small surface cracks. Eventually the surface cracks become wider and deeper. Tires on motor homes, travel trailers and fifth wheels stored out-of-doors, should be protected by opaque wheel covers to prevent damage from sunlight.
At http://www.rvcoversprotect.com we offer white or grey wheel covers, two covers per package, and fast, friendly customer service for all your RV needs.

How to escape from a sinking car? We think this will never happen to us, but just this week there was a local news article about someone drowning when they went off the road and into a lake. What would you do? First, open a window. This will allow water to enter and pressure can be equalized. Break the glass if you can’t roll down a window. Use whatever is available; like your shoulder, foot, a tool or some sort, or heavy object. Then get out as soon as possible. If you can’t open or break the window, you may have to wait until the vehicle sinks or fills with water. This will make the pressure equal outside and in, so you should be able to open a door and get out.
A vehicle survival kit can come in handy in such a situation, if you have your wits about you and it is placed where you can grab it. It will provide a means to signal for help. We can assume your cell phone is wet and will not work. A vehicle survival kit should have items to signal for help, survival (thermal) blanket, and a first aid kit among other items.
Our vehicle safety kits contain items to assist you in any vehicle emergency. They contain an emergency blanket, first aid kit, utility tool and other items for your peace of mind. Get a kit today.

The Class A RV is the most prestigious of all the RVs on the market. The advantages to this RV are that there are always markets when you get ready to sell and there are many used models to choose from when buying. The newer Class A’s are very safe vehicles, your family can even move around in the vehicle while you are driving. Class A’s are easy to finance & insure and they have good repair records. This type of RV makes it very easy to “boondock” (park anywhere without electrical hook-ups). You just pull up to wherever you want to go and have dinner that was prepared while you drove or just go to sleep. You never have to get out of your RV to set up because you are self-sufficient. When you get home, you drive up; take out your traveling items and then throw your Class A RV cover on until the next time.
The greatest disadvantages to the Class A are that they are also the most expensive. That’s why it is necessary to protect your investment with Class A RV covers . RV covers should be made of heavy duty, breathable polypropylene material- a fabric that is weather-resistant and water-repellent. RV Covers Protect provides our customers with a choice of two high quality polypropylene covers: the Poly Pro III for areas of rain and snow and the Goldline for areas with a great deal of sun. We even have covers for the extra tall Class A motor homes.
Remember at http://www.rvcoversprotect.com the customer’s satisfaction is the main goal and there is FREE Shipping to anywhere in the continental United States.

The biggest natural cause of tire failure is from the gas known as ozone. Ozone causes the rubber to become brittle. Keeping your tires clean will minimize ozone damage to your tires. Tire manufactures do not recommend any type of dressings or cleaners other than soap and water. If you must use a commercial tire dressing to make your tires look shiny and brand new, be sure that the product does not contain petroleum products or alcohol.
Since high temperatures and ultraviolet light accelerate the destructive ozone process, using wheel covers when not in use will also help prolong the life of your RV tires.
At http://www.rvcoversprotect.com you will be able to find all sizes of wheel covers including the new dual axis wheel covers. Visit RV Covers Protect for all your RV needs.

Synthetic Lubricants, why should I use them?
Synthetic lubricants have been around for many years, as far back as World War II when both the American and German militaries started limited use in ships and aircraft. Yes the governments have enough money to use such things as synthetic lubes but why should we use them in our lives. Well, especially in today’s economy where every little bit of saving is important, synthetic lubes make more sense than ever. Synthetic lubes may have a higher initial cost, but because they offer extended life and superior protection for our gasoline or diesel vehicles these lubricants are more cost effective than ever before. We all want our vehicles to last as long as possible with great performance and the minimum amount of problems and in the long run synthetic lubricants will help us meet all of these goals Some of the advantages are better high and low temperature viscosity performance, better chemical & shear stability, extended drain intervals with the environmental benefit of less oil waste, better fuel economy and longer engine life. AMSOIL has been a leader in synthetic lubricant technology, a company you can trust for the best products to make you vehicle run great for a long long time. Summer time brings with a a variety of weather issues for different areas of the United States. Along the eastern shore rainy weather occurs quite often in the late afternoon. On the West Coast there are days with extreme temperatures and periods of time with UV ratings that are listed as high for the majority of the summer. Both of these conditions wreak havoc on your RV. Have you ever seen the exterior of an RV that has all the decorative design peeling off and then you are surprised to find out that the RV is only three or four years old? All of this can be solved with an RV cover specifically designed for your area of the US. The rainy areas need the Deluxe Poly Pro III and the desert areas of the west need the Poly X 300.

The majority of RV owners have had their RV packed up for the winter. That means the rig has now been sitting idle for at least three months now. At this point in early spring, you need to take your rig for a little drive to prevent flat spotting and ozone cracking at the tire sidewall flex point. Flat spots usually disappear, when the tires warm-up, after a 25+ mile drive. BUT, by summer if you have not moved the vehicle in over six months flat spotting may become permanent.
As the temperatures rise the high temperatures and ultraviolet light will cause the destructive ozone process, using wheel covers when not in use will also help prolong the life of your RV tires.
Check out the new gray wheel covers. They don’t show as much dirt as the white wheel covers at http://www.rvcoversprotect.com

This winter on the East coast has been a cold one. Even the azaleas aren’t showing any sign of blooming any time soon. The family is ready to get away from it all. We all need some time together to re-group. So you head out to check out the travel trailer to see what needs to be done before the family sets off for our favorite camping area. As you look over your home on wheels you realize that the winter has had an effect on your camper as well. That travel trailer that is only a two years old looks like it has aged ten years from this hard winter. There are black streaks running down from the roof. You ask yourself, “How could I have let this happen to my home away from home?” You set to work scrubbing and cleaning the length of your trailer and promise yourself that you are going to get an RV cover to protect your travel trailer before next year. With gas prices down and the economy on a roller coaster people are not looking to invest into anything but the bare essentials. For the alternative fuel market this has meant a slow in sales. This is concerning to me as an American. I feel that the single best thing that we can do for our family, our environment and the economy is to invest in greener alternatives. Our country is still connected at the hip to the Middle Eastern countries that desire to terminate us. Our continued use of foreign oil and gasoline products is keeping us in bondage. Though few on market conversions allow us to break our bonds to oil completely many conversion kits are available that will help us to reduce the amount of oil and related products that we consume. In order for us to truly be “The Land of The Free”, we must do something to severe our connection with oil producing countries. Americans for change are uniting through many worthwhile causes from ethanol, hydrogen, natural gas, and electric car organizations. You can find some of these organizations at http://www.setamericafree.org
The focus of our government seems to be the financing of major car manufacturers so that they can produce hybrid vehicles. Though I believe that hybrid cars are great I simply can not see the feasibility of everyone obtaining one. In these times no one really wants to take on the extra debt of monthly car payments. Many of us already have cars and trucks that run just fine. With so many cars on this planet already why do we need to create more? There are conversions kits out there already that will allow you to run your existing vehicle on hydrogen or water, and ethanol or alcohol, and batteries. The hydrogen kits allow you to simply add a hydrogen generator to your engine and essentially double your gas mileage while you are running cleaner. The hydrogen exhaust is simply water so it is more eco friendly. The flex fuel convertors allow you to run on ethanol and gasoline mixtures up to 85% ethanol or E85. Most gasoline is already 10% ethanol. Adding a Flex Fuel convertor is not only simple it is practical. For more information on products available visit http://www.oilfreeforme.com
There is much opposition to allowing E85 to be sold at most major fueling stations. You can guess who is behind that! Major fuel suppliers have the corner on the fuel market and would like to keep it that way. In spite of the opposition E85 suppliers are becoming more and more prevalent. You can do a search of the locations in your area at http://www.drivingethanol.org on the station locator link
Though the bulk of IRS has tax credits are geared towards major car manufacturers and hybrid vehicle owners there are credits for using Alcohol Fuel or Flex Fuel users and Biodiesel users whether they be pure renewable or mixture users. For more information on Tax Credits see http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i720.pdf
There is a lot of information on the internet about conversions and alternative fuels. It can be confusing to try to sort through it all and decide what is best for you. Why should you stress yourself out like that? Oilfreeforme.com has done all that for you. Those who have cars that run on gasoline can convert to hydrogen, ethanol or electric. Those who have vehicles that run on diesel fuel can convert to biodiesel and hydrogen. It is best to consider which conversion would be best for your particular engine type and location. Start with purchasing a book on that mode of conversion then when you are ready to make the jump purchase the conversion kit itself and get yourself on the road to freedom! Books and conversion kits are available at http://www.oilfreeforme.com Don’t wait until gas supply is cut off due to war or political constraints. Get yourself on the road to recovery today!

The technology in our cars is extremely sophisticated. Most cars have several computers that operate most all-electrical components. Auto Repair in your home garage is almost impossible to accomplish. With the high cost of books and diagnostic equipment and the fear of auto repair shops, we cannot afford to keep up with technology. Today’s vehicles are much more complex and complicated than the cars of the 1960s, ’70s, ’80s, incorporating more computer electronics, silicon chips, and sophisticated engines. However, the same Basic Car Care still applies to all kinds of vehicles, and can extend the life and durability of your car or truck. Basic car care does not require any sophisticated understanding of vehicles or their systems. Some basic preventative maintenance steps can help to minimize repairs and their expense. A few simple steps, some regular checks, and addressing issues promptly can greatly extend the life of your vehicle, making it safer and more dependable for you and your family.

You turn the key to start your car and you hear the starter motor crank the engine, but when you release the key, the cranking stops and there is silence. This means that the battery and starting motor are working properly, but the engine is not firing. If you continue cranking the engine over in this way, the battery will eventually run down and will need to be recharged, but the battery and starter are not the cause of your problem. Get my “My car won’t start” guide to help you get your vehicle on the road again. Eliminate the fear of Auto Repair Rip-Off.
The average consumer has 3 car repairs in a year; the average mechanic has 7 auto repairs in a day. Who do you think has the advantage????
Now you can have your car repaired with confidence. The technology in our cars is extremely sophisticated. Most cars have several computers that operate most of all-electrical components. Auto Repair in your home garage is almost impossible to accomplish. With the high cost of books, diagnostic equipment tools and the fear of auto repair shops, we cannot afford to keep up with technology. Because computers mostly control our automobiles, we might not have a clue how to work on them at home. Because we cannot see or hear the problem with our cars it is very difficult for us to know what might be wrong. We have to trust the mechanic to get our auto repairs done and auto repair Rip-Offs happen every day. Our Take Charge manual is written to help those who have no clue about how cars work. A simple and complete 9-step guide to repair shops gives you what you need to know to get your vehicle repaired. We also offer online repair manuals, how to guides, DIY help, automotive tools and our 9 step guide to repair shops at http://www.noworryautorepair.com
Most rip-offs are not intentional. Prevention is the best way to avoid auto repair rip-offs.

We all fear the day our vehicle breaks down and needs repair. We are concerned about the cost, the inconvenience and most of all, finding a reliable repair shop. You do not have to be a mechanic to assure that the job is done right the first time. However, you must create your own advantage. As vehicles have become more and more complicated, finding competent, qualified technicians and repair shops has become more and more difficult. What are technical service bulletins and recalls? You have heard about them but how so they relate to you? They are vital information issued by the manufacturers covering corrective procedures to potential issues, and/or vehicle maintenance updates. Many recalls deal with safety issues with your vehicle. Recalls are usually required by the manufacture to be performed as soon as possible. Technical service bulletins usually deal with potential issues or common problems. These bulletins cover specific vehicles and must be reviewed before tackling any repair, identify potential problems that may occur in the future, or to maintain successful maintenance. Have you ever been driving down the road and all of a sudden that bright yellow CHECK ENGINE light comes on. Now what do you do? If you are like most people you have heard the (don’t worry about that) comment. Unfortunately that is bad advice. The check engine light refers to a default in the emission controls system of your engine. Basically the how efficient the engine is actually performing system. You might not even notice a change in how the vehicle is running. But how efficient the engine is running can cost you in poor mileage or possible engine damage. Your car needs repairs but what needs repairs is on the bottom of the vehicle. What do you do? The last time you looked there was no lift in you garage. What I have heard some people do is to get the jack out of the trunk and jack up the car. First off this is a really bad idea. The jack that comes with your car is designed for emergencies only. They are designed smaller for space savings that makes them unstable to work under. Anytime you have to jack up a vehicle you need to support the vehicle on jack stands. The jack stands need to be rated to support the weight of your specific vehicle. We offer a 3-ton Jack and Jack Stands with a six caster creeper for FREE for $85.95. No one is immune to being taken advantage of by a repair shop. I recently took my vehicle to a repair shop for some possible extended warranty repairs. What I found out was that the extended warranty company did not cover the repairs that I needed. I also found that the dealership had misdiagnosed my truck. With the dealership not knowing that I was a mechanic, thought that they could charge me for repairs that were not required to help pay for the repairs that were actually covered under warranty. I know that this happens to good hard working people like you. The reason I wrote Take Charge was to help the public catch errors like this without having the technical knowledge to repair their own vehicle. With today’s computer controlled cars, the possibility of a vehicle not starting when you turn the key is less likely than ever before. But it does happen, and when it does, it would help if you knew some basic tests and procedures that could allow you to determine the cause and often fix the problem yourself instead of relying on your local repair shop to bail you out. In 1985 after reading an article in Readers Digest about auto repair rip-off I decided to do something about it. I wanted to help people get honest repairs. I wrote the book Take charge to give the customer the advantage going the repair shop. With Auto Repair shop labor rates, starting from $60.00/hr and higher, are rising every year. Controlling your money has become a priority. There are 9 simple steps to honest repairs. You do not need to have any technical knowledge about automobiles to use this book.
